Company Koppanen Laura Kirsikka (Business ID: 3101553-9) sells ceramic products and services to individuals, businesses, and organizations in Finland, the EU area, and worldwide. Prices include value-added tax. We reserve the right to make changes to prices and shipping costs.
You can order products from our online store by adding them to your shopping cart and completing the payment at the checkout. All customer information is treated confidentially, and the contact details provided during the order process are used solely for order fulfillment or resolving any potential issues. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions, product prices, and shipping costs.
Custom orders are processed via email, and the order becomes effective when the customer accepts the offer and the terms and conditions. You can send a quote request to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Shopify Payments serves as the online store's payment intermediary, transmitting payments to the online merchant. The payment transaction is secure, as all information is transmitted using encrypted connections, preventing unauthorized access to payment details. The transaction forms between the online store's customer and the online store itself.
Through Shopify Payments, you can pay with major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay services. Additionally, valid PayPal accounts can be used for payment.
Payment for Custom Orders
Payment for directly sold products, custom orders, and services is processed via invoicing. The customer is required to make the full payment unless utilizing the consumer protection law's right of withdrawal. In case of invoicing, the payment term is 14 days net. If the payment is not received by the due date, the company reserves the right to add statutory late interest and collection costs to the invoice. The products remain the property of the company until the invoice is fully paid.
Order and Payment Confirmation
Upon a successful order, we will send you an order confirmation via email. Confirmation requires providing an email address during the order.
Shipping Method and Costs
Shipping costs are added to the product prices. Shipping costs to Finland are: Matkahuolto 10.90 €, Posti 15.90€. To other European countries 20.90 €. You can also pick up your order without postage cost from my studio in the center of Tampere. If you wish to pick up your order, please contact email@example.com.
For products in stock, the delivery time to Finland is 3–5 days. For made-to-order products, the production and delivery time is approximately 3–4 weeks. Any deviations from standard delivery times will be communicated on the front page of the online store or personally via email. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damages caused by delays. For other custom orders and services, delivery is according to the agreement (via email).
Responsibilities and Obligations
The online store carries legal liability for the products sold. The customer is responsible for using the product correctly and according to the instructions, including maintenance. The company is not liable for damages resulting from misuse of the product. In case of complaints, please contact our customer service. The consumer has the right to refer any disputes to be resolved by the Consumer Disputes Board.
Exchange and Return Policy
The consumer has the right, according to Finnish consumer protection law, to exchange or return the entire order or part of it within 14 days of receiving the order. The right of return applies only to unused and resalable products. When returning the order, include your name, contact information, and bank account for the refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Failing to claim a package is not equivalent to a return or cancellation. For unclaimed packages without a separate cancellation notice, we will charge the shipping costs.
Issues and problems
If the product does not meet your expectations, please report the issue within 14 days. If the package is damaged in transit, file an immediate complaint with the postal service. Customer complaints regarding products should be sent without delay, but no later than 14 days. The company will process complaints within two weeks of receiving them.
